Jason’s layout is based on the “World’s Greatest Hobby” (WGH) track plan, and it’s a great starting point for anyone diving into the hobby. The plan itself is straightforward, with a double-loop mainline and a couple of sidings for added interest. What makes it stand out is how Jason has put his own spin on it, incorporating his favorite era of railroading – the 1960s – with some beautifully detailed buildings and realistic scenery.
One of the things Jason enjoys most about this hobby is the flexibility. He loves that he can focus on running trains one day and get lost in the scenery the next.
